A family house, a modern villa next to the old farmhouse of the Pace family.

Then the years pass and the children grow up and the family house becomes, in 2009, villa FioreConero, a charming b&b with a large garden and swimming pool.

Guests will be welcomed in a quiet, elegant, family environment, in a "buen retiro" because Villa FioreConero tells the biography of our house with a passion for travel, for flowers and art, but especially with the passion to tell the story of the beautiful Marche region, the traditions of medieval villages, boat trips along the coast of the Conero, good food and wines.
