Villa Fiore Conero respects the environment and the water:Towel change every 3 days
Bed linen change every 7 days
Daily change of towels upon request (€ 5 per person)
Long stay:10% discount for stays over 10 days (not July and August
Prices are per day, per room and including breakfast.
We cannot accept animals though we love them
Timetable:Check in from 13.00 to 18.00, but no later than 23.00

Please let us know in advance about your arrival time. We will take care to give you room availability as soon as possible
Tourist tax:€ 0.50 per day per person (subject to modifications)

Daily cleaning:Will be performed if the room is vacated by 11:00
Booking deposit:The booking is considered confirmed if accompanied by the payment, by bank transfer, of a deductible deposit upon departure.
The bank transfer must be made within 3 days of confirming the room assignment

50% for stays of over 2 nights
Cancellation of the reservation:If the customer decides to cancel the reservation less than 10 days before his arrival, the management reserves the right to retain the deposit previously paid.
